Redemption Prize Card Policy

Please note that redemption prizes (like this binder) are represented by a special prize card that could be found in one of the boxes.

Redemption prize cards are not guaranteed be honored for shipped boxes.  Prize cards are relatively easy to obtain and in order to ensure the prizes are available for the cases that we have in inventory, we can only redeem prize cards that are from boxes opened on our livestreams.

In the case where the case is finished and there is a redemption card still left unredeemed, we can work with you on a case by case basis.
